# I am getting an unknown error when I submit a form

Regarding the issue in submitting the form, you need check the following:

1. If the field is in a Synced Table - If yes, you have 2 options:
* Connect the form to the original table
* Create another Field in the Sync table and use that field in the Form

2. Check if you have permission to update/edit the Field/Table.

3. Make sure your API does not have a Read only Permission

If you're still getting the same error, please contact support.
