You can add Airtable Fields or Custom Fields to your form.
Airtable Fields are any field from your Airtable base source. Custom Fields includes the On2Air Formula Field, Static Text, Linked Field Display, Spacing, Embed, Google Docs, and a Divider

Note: You can only use an Airtable field 1 time on a single form.
Add Airtable Fields
- In the Designer tab, click Add/Manage Fields
- Click Add Fields
- Choose your Airtable Field and click the > icon to move it to the right column. Repeat this step for any field you need on your form
- To add all Airtable fields, click the >> icon
- Click Add Fields once all the fields you need are in the right column
- To remove a field, click the < icon
- To remove all fields, click the << icon
Add On2Air Custom Fields
- In the Designer tab, click Add/Manage Fields
- Click Add Fields
- Click Custom Fields in the top right corner
- Click Add on the On2Air Custom Field you need
