How do Credits work for Documents?
Each Google Function uses Credits for Documents:
- 1 Credit = 1 Airtable primary Record
- Linked Records do not count toward your Credits, only Primary Records
Example 1: If you want to create a Quote document for 1 Client Quote record with 3 Linked record “Budget Line Items” in Airtable, you would use 1 Credit and generate 1 Quote Document with 3 line item records.
When you use Linked Records in your 'Quotes' table as 'Quote Budget line items' in your Quote document, those Linked Records do not count toward your credit limit. Only the Primary record on the 'Quote' table will be counted as a Credit.
What are Document Actions?
Document Actions are automation setups in your On2Air Docs account.
Example:
You set up a Document Action that generates a Quote from the Quotes table whenever you click a Checkbox in your Airtable base. That counts as 1 Document Action.
Additional Credit Information
- Only processed records count as usage. If no records are found, then no Credits are used.
- Each time an Action is processed with matching records, it will be counted as a Credit.
- Test Records are not counted towards Credits.
Example: The Professional Tier allows up to 50 action functions and 50,000 monthly credits.
This means you can set up 50 action functions and use up to 50,000 credits every month.
