On2Air Docs Pre-Sales FAQs

🔴 On2Air Docs has been shutdown to focus on our On2Air Backups Airtable app Learn more about automated Airtable backups - on2air.com

Interested in our On2Air Docs, but not quite ready to purchase?

On2Air Docs is an app to create advanced automated documents using your Airtable data. However, it does have a bit of a learning curve to get it up and running.

This means it can often require extra support for customers to get it to work properly. Unfortunately, our small team has been stretched too thin and not been able to properly support the Document setup needs of our customers.

In an effort to still allow people to use On2Air Docs at a low enough price point, while also being able to provide support, we have chosen a hybrid support model.

To receive technical support to get up and running or make changes to your Document template, we require a paid call with our template support staff ($99 for 30 min call). For our Pro and Premium plans, this initial support fee is waived. And for our Premium plan, a monthly support call is also included.

Support Code (INTERNAL)

So there isn't a way to try for free?

That is correct. Unfortunately, there is not a trial with On2Air Docs. We have several plan options with various support options available.

Is a Support Call required?

No, if you are able to create your template and set up your On2Air Docs automation on your own, there is no need to set up a support call. Many of our customers are able to get it working without the help, but you do have the option for a support call if you want it.

Can I do a support call before purchasing a plan?

Technically yes, you can. However the support call will work much better if we can help you get your specific use case started or working during the call, so we advise you purchase a plan first, then try to get it set up yourself, and then do a support call to get the rest of the way.

How do credits work with a document?

1 credit is equal to 1 Airtable record.

Example: If an Invoice is created for 1 Client record in Airtable, it would use 1 Credit.

If you use linked records in your 'Invoice' table as 'Invoice line items', those linked records do not count toward your credit limit. Only the record on the 'Invoice' table will be counted as a credit

Do you offer a refund?

If you don't use the support call option, then we will refund the first months subscription fee if you request the refund within the first 30 days. So feel free to try it out and see how it goes.

If you do use the support call option and still wish to cancel, then we will not be able to provide a refund unless you purchased the Premium plan, then we would refund $50 to account for the difference between the support fee ($99) and the 1st months subscription fee ($149).
